Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed.

Therfore, most of our customer's orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.

Returns

You may return any unopened merchandise (except skin care and hair care products) in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. If shipping was FREE for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. We charge a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

In order for our customers to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from the Customer Service Department.

RMA requests are only processed within 7 days of the receipt of the order.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number. We will also give you the address to return the product to.

**No Returns will be accepted without Prior Authorization.**

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

• RMA number
• Full name and address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Packing slip
• Original Order Confirmation Number
• Your reason for returning the merchandise

Make sure you use UPS or some form of tracking and Email us the tracking number as we did for you.

Once we receive a return from you (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account (less any restocking or shipping fees if applicable) and notify you. **Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

Cancel Your Order

Sorry, we are unable to cancel your order. If you can let us know as soon as possible, we can try to intercept our automated processing but there are no guarantees. FDCPerfumes.com is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Fraudulent Orders

FDCPerfumes.com is not responsible for fraudulent orders. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing their order.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, FDCPerfumes.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit them. We will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf our customer that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit our customers account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

Claims

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.

Missing Product Claims

Each package and their contents are triple-checked. If a customer claims that one of the products has not been received, our customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. Contact as soon as possible. If FDCPerfumes.com determines that there was in fact a product missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately.

Damaged Product Claims

Each customers package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, they may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. Contact us as soon as possible.

After receiving the claim, FDCPerfumes.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the customers' account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

Taxes

It is the responsibility of FDCPerfumes.com to charge state tax for any package that is being shipped to Florida. A State to which we are based.

Out of Stock

If an item is not in stock our website will say OUT OF STOCK, this means we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. Our online inventory is not real-time and there may be items listed that are not currently in stock. If it is one item you will be notified via email that it is out of stock and there will be a credit issued to your account/credit card. If you order more than one item, we wii send you what is in stock and notifiy you via email that the other item/items are out of stock. We will only charge you for what was in stock and adjust the shipping cost.
