All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.).

We are not responsible for blocked emails. Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner.
